In the loop you put some code to move your player to a safe place before calling breakHandler.performBreak(true);
Nice job. I'd suggest the use of InterfaceAddress so you don't have to do heavy lookups everytime. InterfaceAddress will lookup by text until it finds the component and then cache the indices and use those for future lookups.

I think you need a @DoNotRename annotation on the Profile class, because the SDN will obfuscate and then gson will fail to deserialize it.
